Three Industry Veterans Join Growing Financial Services Firm and Establish Corporate Retirement Plans Division

CLEVELAND - January 30, 2008 - Cedar Brook Financial Partners LLC ("Cedar Brook") today announced that Richard A. Anderson, Keith W. Blain and Craig C. Gabel have joined the firm and established the Retirement Plans Division with the firm's Corporate Services Group. The advisors of this new division will focus on the design, implementation and ongoing advisement of qualified and non-qualified retirement plans for small to mid-sized corporations.

Richard L. Anderson joins Cedar Brook as Director, Retirement Plan Division. He was previously a retirement plan specialist at Lincoln Financial Advisors (1996-2008) and has worked in the insurance and investment industries since 1976. Mr. Anderson oversees the management of more than 100 retirement plans. He is a registered is a Registered Representative with Securities America Inc. and Investment Advisor Representative with Securities America Advisors He is also licensed to sell life, health, disability and long-term care insurance. Mr. Anderson and his wife reside in Sharon Center, Ohio.

Keith W. Blain has joined the firm as a Retirement Plan Specialist. He was previously investment advisor at Lincoln Financial Advisors (2005-2007), where he specialized in qualified retirement plans. He also has more than 20 years of sales, management and executive experience in the information systems industry. Mr. Blain is a Registered Representative with Securities America Inc. and Investment Advisor Representative with Securities America Advisors. He licensed to sell life, health, disability and long term care insurance. Mr. Blain, his wife and their four children reside in Aurora, Ohio.

Craig C. Gabel has joined the firm as a Client Manager. He was previously a client manager at Lincoln Financial Advisors (2007-2008) and has more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. Mr. Gabel, his wife and son reside in Streetsboro, Ohio.

Cedar Brook was established in 2005 by 13 people who represented more than 100 years of combined experience. The wealth management firm currently has a staff of more than 60 employees, including 36 Financial Advisors who oversee more than $2 billion in client assets.
