William R. Hawke is a Principal with Cedar Brook Financial Partners. He devises and implements comprehensive financial, retirement and estate planning strategies for corporate executives and closely held business owners, as well as income distribution strategies for current retirees. Prior to joining Cedar Brook Financial Partners, Mr. Hawke served as a Financial Planner with Cleveland Financial Group for 27 years.

Mr. Hawke received a Bachelor of Arts degree in liberal studies from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio. He received a Masters in Social Work degree from the University of Michigan, School of Social Work in 1975, and a Masters in Business Administration degree from Baldwin-Wallace College in Berea, Ohio in 1980. He earned a Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) certification in 1984 and a Chartered Life Underwriter designation in 2002. Mr. Hawke is a Registered Representative with Securities America Inc. and Investment Advisor Representative with Securities America Advisors.

Active in a variety of civic causes, Mr. Hawke currently serves as the President of the Board of Trustees for Hopewell, Inc., a therapeutic farm community for mentally ill adults , and he sits on the Finance Council for Church of the Resurrection in Solon, Ohio. He and his wife of 36 years, Connie, have four children and reside in Aurora, Ohio.
