Scott Huff is a Partner with Cedar Brook Financial Partners. IHe leverages expertise in corporate and small business solutions to benefit clients in a broad range of financial planning areas. Mr. Huff also specializes in pension plan design for 401(k), 457, 403(b), defined benefit, profit-sharing plans, cash balance and restricted property trusts, as well as investment policy statements and plan document design. He is a Registered Representative with Securities America Inc. and Investment Advisor Representative with Securities America Advisors.

Prior to joining Cedar Brook Financial Partners, Mr. Huff served as an Independent Fiduciary and Plan Termination Specialist with the United States Department of Labor – Employee Benefits Security Administration. He also has worked for Waterstone Financial in Itasca, Ill. and Destiny Capital Corporation in Golden, Colo.

Mr. Huff received a Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing from the University of Akron, and he is licensed for Life and Health in the state of Ohio. An avid tennis player, Mr. Huff played for the University of Akron varsity tennis team and was elected captain in 1994. Additionally, he has served as coach of the Orange High School boys’ tennis squad and received Coach of the Year honors from The Plain Dealer in 2004. He currently competes on a national level and achieved a Men’s ranking of 157 in 2006 in the 30-year-old bracket. He also has been a member of the Cleveland Police Department, serving the financial needs of police officers as well as general needs of the community

Mr. Huff resides in his hometown of Cleveland, Ohio.
