Alan Yanowitz is a Partner with Cedar Brook Financial Partners. He provides a comprehensive spectrum of financial planning services for individuals, families, business professionals and business owners. With each client, Alan works first to confirm and understand their goals. He then designs and implements strategies utilizing cutting-edge technologies, processes and resources that he has been able to identify that enable them to reach their financial objectives. Mr. Yanowitz is a Registered Representative with Securities America Inc. and Investment Advisor Representative with Securities America Advisors.

Prior to joining Cedar Brook Financial Advisors, Alan served as a Financial Planner with Cleveland Financial Group from 1991 to 2005. Prior to that, he practiced law with a Cleveland-based boutique law firm, where he specialized in estate and tax planning matters.

Alan received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Northeastern University in Boston, Mass. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1985. Alan is a member of the Cleveland Bar Association, the Estate Planning Council of Cleveland and the Association of Fundraising Professionals. He also volunteers his time for several local organizations, including the Jewish Community Federation of Cleveland, and he is an honorary member of the Board of Trustees for the Cleveland Hebrew Schools.

Alan resides in Beachwood, Ohio with his wife, Dara, and their two sons.
