James E. Hildreth is a Financial Planning Case Manager Administrator with Cedar Brook Financial Partners. In this role, Mr. Hildreth is responsible for analyzing client data and assisting the firm’s principals, partners and associates with creating comprehensive wealth management plans for clients.

Prior to joining Cedar Brook Financial Partners, Mr. Hildreth served as a Financial Planning Specialist for HBK Sorce Financial in Erie, Pa. where he provided planning support for financial advisors in five cities. Additionally, he has held financial planning positions with Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith, American Express Financial Advisors and the United States Coast Guard, for which he also served as Executive Officer of its Loran Station in Iwo Jima, Japan.

Mr. Hildreth graduated from the United States Coast Guard Chief Petty Officers Academy in Petaluma, Ca. in 1992. The recipient of numerous Coast Guard awards and citations, he serves as Chairman of the Administrative Board of Lawrence Park United Methodist Church in Erie, and he is a member of the American Legion in Wesleyville, Pa.

Mr. Hildreth and his wife, Mary Lisa, have three children and reside in Erie.
